“I booked Dr Lomax because my previous PCP retired and I’ve been on the hunt for a new primary care doctor. I couldn’t be more impressed. The office was clean, punctual, and the staff was informed and kind. (Nothing worse than a rude receptionist). My appointment was at 3, and i was in the exam room by 2:59. Dr Lomax entered shortly after. She was so kind, professional, and thorough. She was engaged about my entire health picture and asked me clarifying questions and helped me address any concern i had. I did not feel rushed for even a second. I really felt like she wanted to get to know me fully and understand all of my concerns. I will 100% be returning and am happy to be returning to this office in the future.”

I had a mixed experience during my visit. The doctor was okay, but I felt like she was a bit dismissive and undermined my ability to fully describe my feelings and concerns. Her responses felt very short, which made it harder to feel truly heard. On the other hand, the phlebotomist was absolutely amazing! I’m usually very nervous about getting labs done, but she had such a light hand, was funny, and really put me at ease. She completely changed the tone of my appointment in the best way. The front desk nurses were also wonderful — welcoming, kind, and truly the highlight of my visit. Their professionalism and friendliness made a big difference.

From front desk to the Doctor everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable . The phlebotomist Sarah I believe was her name was absolutely the best, my daughter is terrified of needles and she talked her though it .. She was the absolute best.

Dr.Lomax is great! I drive 45 minutes out just to see her. It was very important for me to find an African American female doctor that could do my papsmears etc. I would highly recommend, she’s also very proactive and cares about your health truly!

Dr. Lomax was patient, professional, and took more time than I expected addressing my concerns with me. Office staff was friendly and professional as well. I got in for the appointment with virtually no waiting. I’ve honestly never had a better experience at a doctor’s office.
