About Dr. Dionne Gay Lynch
AllCare Primary & Immediate Care is a primary care group focused on providing convenient access to high-quality services delivered by knowledgeable and compassionate teams with an emphasis on preventive wellness. During your appointment, we may refer you to a specialist for certain conditions related to dermatology, gynecology, urology, etc.
Dr. Lynch was born in Bethesda, Maryland. During her early years, her family moved often due to military service, but she did most of her growing up in Prince George’s County, Maryland. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Hampton University and her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine.
She completed her residency training in Family Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School Portsmouth Family Medicine program. She joined her late father’s practice in 1999 and has maintained that practice since his death in 2003. She is now a part of AllCare to continue providing service to her community. She proudly serves in the United States Navy Reserve.

My appointment is 10 AM on Sunday , at 9:06 the office called my phone, shown as "Toll free call" so I did not pick up. They left a voice message, which did not show on my phone until 9:46. I arrived at the office to know that the provider did not come and they don't have another provider to see me.

Did my annual physical here. They work on Saturdays and I had very little wait time. The examination was very

THOROUGH! Dr. Lynch is a great listener, and she addressed all of my concerns. As a new patient, she asked all of the pertinent questions about my background and got me back on the meds I've been out of for over a year with no questions. She also informed me of other tests/screenings I should have at my age, and her bedside manner is knowledgeable and suggestively firm about what's most important at this point in my life. Conveniently located for me, and she saw me on a SUNDAY! Glorious!

I really loved my experience with this office. I have been trying to get a appointment for a physical for months and this office was the only one that immediately accepted my appointment and I am grateful. The only thing that confused me was that the door was locked when I first got there and there was no one at the desk. I was then informed that the desk attendant was at lunch but I was let in by another patient. Wait time wasn’t long at all and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend and definitely will be following up there!

Dr. Lynch and the nurse were very nice and easy to talk to and made for a welcoming visit! Dr. Lynch had a great bedside manner, listened to my concerns, and gave me referrals for specialists afterwards. One suggestion is that they add a text alert feature - they called ahead to try and let me know they were running behind but I missed the call and wasn't able to get through when I called back. Some kind of text or voicemail about the delay would have saved me some significant wait time. Otherwise the visit was great!
