Dr. Balachandar is a personable and clear communicator, as well as an expert.
The doctor displayed great bedside manners and explained to us thoroughly what was happening and what treatment will look like, she was warm and friendly and handled my son with care. However, the Indian lady at the front desk was not professional. In the middle of my check in process she began speaking on the phone, while she was checking me in . I was standing in front of her awaiting to ask her a question. I was not even made aware that my check in process was completed she said nothing and just began talking on the phone making several phone calls. I was also waiting to make a follow up appointed and stood in front of the three ladies working at the front desk for a few minutes until I went up and said hello. While standing there no one asked me how can I help you. Front desk needs to do better and wear a friendly smile.
