Practicing medicine for 10 years, he has treated thousands of patients specializing in emergency medicine, substance abuse treatment, and mental health.

Dmitry focuses on you as an individual rather than just a client. His mission is to help you achieve optimal happiness and functioning in your life through compassionate, evidence based care. With experience ranging from mental health to addiction to emergency medicine as well specialties in family medicine and psychiatry, Dmitry is well equipped to provide safe, effective, and holistic care. He wants to empower you to gain the knowledge necessary to master your own brain and utilize these skills to live a more joyful life.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Dmitry believes in establishing a therapeutic relationship with you, that makes you feel both heard and seen. The first step is always to get a good patient history and find out what we can do to help you excel in your life. Once a good baseline is established you will work together as a team to set up treatments and goals that are measurable and achievable. With the use of medications and therapeutic techniques, as well as follow up visits and reassessments Dmitry monitor changes in your baseline and quantify improvements. A typical initial visit will last 30-45 minutes with follow up visits being about half that time so plan accordingly.

I felt like I had good vibes with the provider I chose for sure, and felt comfortable enough to share information that was requested from me, without any judgment or prejudice! There is a slight caveat with that, I did feel slightly minimized at a time. I had been researching options for my mental health particulars for a while, and recently had a pretty shocking lifestyle disruption. Whilst mentioning that, I was almost side-barred, into the belief that my issues were strictly due to this development. If I were still in my 20s, I probably would have accepted that information and not pressed any further. But instead I had to abruptly interject, and advocate for myself, to ensure the proper diagnosis was made. I am new to the online side of healthcare, and am empathetic to the differences our professional advisors face while dealing with it. I would suggest asking more questions, rather than assuming based on previous knowledge, every case is unique. Still happy with service overall
