I don’t really feel like she took the time to listen to my actual issue and my symptoms. While friendly, Dr. Lee felt very dismissive and made comments about things that were irrelevant to my actual illness. When I asked what kind of antibiotics were going to be prescribed, she seemed thrown I was even asking, which was frustrating because I don’t think that’s an out of left field question.

First time visiting this office, thus had me completed a whole questionnaire regarding to my health condition. But wasn’t sure if that was just for info or the doctor was really checking into that, as I was only visiting for annual check and the doctor asked a lot repeated questions that I already filled out in the questionnaire. Feel like not needed as I am providing a lot of personal information. Although the doctor was easy to communicate but to my opinion it was too simple the process even for an annual physical check. Didn’t go through too much and there was no report being generated that I don’t even see my blood pressure, etc. Also have to check your blood work results online by yourself. They said they will only call you back if they see something abnormal.

Phenomenal experience for getting an annual check-up in NYC. I've had poor experiences with prior annual check-up attempts at other places throughout the city - often marked by rushing and rude nurse physicians, filling out endless forms that often involved re-entering the same information both before and day-of the appointment, etc. but this place runs efficiently. Office is clean. Staff is welcoming and knows what they're doing. Convenient location in Manhattan. So happy I finally found a trustworthy doc's office I can return to in all my years in NYC!

The staff was friendly and the office was clean but the appointment with the doctor was not as expected. I set up an appointment to establish care and have an annual exam. The doctor herself was very casual in conversation and asked only 1-2 questions and did not inquire about much else. It was all of 8 minutes. The appointment felt very quick and not very thorough at all especially given that I was a new patient establishing care. On top of this, I was told the doctor would call me personally once my blood results were in and she never reached out. I had to call the office to follow up.

Was looking for a new obgyn in the area, and I definitely found the one. She was so amazing with her communication and her advice! She answered all my questions and concerns. The entire process of my pap was very gentle and she was speaking to me every step of the way, which made it go by even quicker. She made sure to ask me if I was okay through the entire process, which was actually very caring because much doctors I’ve been too never did that. I will definitely be returning and found my new gyn. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in to the moment I left . Rate 10/10 ! Oh and the office is beautiful so that’s a plus!
