More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I've never felt more heard, seen, understood and NOT JUDGED by a Dr (of any kind) in my life. Hands down would recommend.
First time seeing a professional and I feel like it was Dr. Cramer! Genuinely helped me believe I can get through this!!
Great provider. More informative than any provider I’ve seen in over 10 years.
Verified patient
Very engaged listener, honestly wanted to know what I was going through. Had helpful suggestions.
I have never been ghosted by a psychiatrist before. I initially spoke with Dr. Cramer last week on Thursday to get an important referral for treatment, and he said he would send over the referral in the next day or two. Come Monday, no referral had been sent, so I scheduled a follow up appointment for Tuesday to see what the status was of my referral. And Dr. Cramer was a no show. This is incredibly unprofessional as a psychiatrist to ghost a patient with mental health challenges. I reported him to Grow Therapy because I don’t want any other patient to undergo unnecessary stress like I am going through right now.

Was ghosted by him. Neglected to refill my prescription and didn’t respond to my calls/emails when trying to reach out about it. Bedside manner needs a lot of work as well.
Verified patient
Very easy from scheduling to the appointment itself. Made it super easy to get the appointment and make sure I had everything ready for it.
Dr. Kramer is very helpful. He takes all the time necessary to listen to my problem and to work with me on a resolution. It was a very calming experience, considering how nervous I was. ?
