I have worked with a wide range of individuals during my 44 years as a clinical psychologist and have been in full-time private practice for 36 years. I integrate the most effective Western psychotherapeutic approaches-primarily cognitive behavioral therapy as well as acceptance and commitment therapy-with Eastern spiritual practices to help clients live more satisfying and fulfilling lives.

His warmth, humor , and empathy make me feel at ease, even when the subject is difficult.
