She believes there is no “one-size-fits-all” in mental health care, and she works alongside each patient to develop a treatment plan tailored to their unique needs and goals. Patients often find her style both relatable and skilled. She aims to create a safe space while also providing clear clinical guidance. Her guiding philosophy is that progress happens when patients feel both understood and empowered, and her role is to help guide them toward the strategies and support that best serve their overall wellbeing. DoNesha first thought she’d find her career in critical care or the emergency room, but it was in those settings that she discovered her true passion: caring for the mental and emotional health that often goes overlooked. She loved sitting with patients, hearing their stories, and being able to offer hope during some of their hardest moments. That experience led her to mental health, and to this day she considers it a privilege to do this work. Outside of work, DoNesha enjoys Pilates and exploring creative projects that keep her grounded. She also loves time with her family, especially when it's over a good meal!
