My passion for mental health runs deep. I've seen firsthand through loved ones how powerful the right support can be, and that experience continues to inspire my work every day. Many of my clients come to me feeling weighed down by family challenges, life stressors, and personal fears. Together, we work toward understanding those struggles and building tools for lasting change. I specialize in helping individuals work through anxiety, depression, OCD, and mood disorders. My approach is rooted in compassion and respect. believe in meeting each person exactly where they are and creating a space where they can feel completely at ease opening up. I value building relationships that empower building coping mechanisms and achieving well-being goals. When I’m not with clients, you can usually find me scrapbooking, reading, or exploring my family’s genealogy.

I have 16 years of mental health experience, which has given me more than adequate knowledge of how emotions and the mind work together, and with the help of medication, mental stability can be achieved.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
