What should a new client know about working with you?
For new adult ADHD evaluations and for existing patients requesting stimulant medication, objective computerized cognitive testing is required as part of our structured diagnostic protocol.
FDA-Approved Computerized neurocognitive testing fee. May be covered by insurance once prior-authorization is approved.
Testing may be waived upon review and approval of comprehensive prior psychiatric records documenting formal ADHD diagnosis and treatment history by a licensed psychiatrist or qualified mental health provider.
Elevated Core Health reserves the right to determine whether prior documentation meets clinical standards for continuation of stimulant treatment.

You're such a soft loving yet tough minded person .exactly what I needed .I really wanna make you proud and that's exactly what I'm gonna do and I also wanna surprise you .. just talking to you I already know I'm going to be healthy sooner and that's enough for me to already start relaxing a little and it just feels so amazing .. She welcomes you.. You are treated with utmost respect and privacy. Donna is a great listener, attentive and gives you eye contact. Sitting in front of her you feel like you are the ONLY person in room.
Her wealth of knowledge is impeccable and I must say, walking out of my post visit I feel absolutely relaxed and reassured that Donna cares for my wellbeing.

Mrs. Rhodes is the exact practitioner I’ve been looking for. She listens with intention. She gives me the opportunity to express my self with out feeling rushed. Upon entering the facility I was very pleasantly surprised how warm and welcoming it was. Normally when I have an appointment and is on time I would have to wait sometimes 20/30 minutes or more, after filling out the necessary paperwork - I was surprised to be called right after I handed in the papers which was about 10 minutes or less.
While waiting in the room for no more than a minute Miss Rhodes knocked upon entering and introduced herself with a warm greeting and after asked what was the reason for my visit and I explained and right away Miss Rhodes reassured me that I was in good hands and let me tell you normally I’m very skeptical but she made me feel safe and comfortable.
Thank you so much Miss Rhodes for making my visit a very enlightening and enjoyable experience and just know I’m looking forward to my follow up visit.

The visit was very enlightening. The practitioner was very thorough? Did a thorough examination, physical and by asking relevant questions. I was treated with respect and she was nonjudgemantal.
