My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and confident in your journey toward better mental health.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My process begins with getting to know each client personally and understanding their unique needs. I gather thorough information about their mental health, lifestyle, and goals to develop an individualized care plan. Treatment may include therapy sessions, medication management when appropriate, education about side effects or lab results, and follow-up appointments to track progress. I believe in collaborating closely with clients, keeping communication open, and adjusting care plans as needed to ensure they feel supported every step of the way.
