Based on your needs, treatment may include medication management, therapy recommendations, and lifestyle-based strategies. I emphasize careful medication selection, monitoring for effectiveness, and minimizing side effects.
Follow-up visits are focused on tracking your progress, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring you are moving toward stability and improvement. Care is always collaborative—you are an active participant in every decision.

Quite frankly, I was nervous about starting, but I’m so glad I did. The environment felt safe, and I was able to open up without feeling uncomfortable. Everything was explained clearly, especially medications and next steps. I feel more in control of my mental health now, and that alone means everything.
