“I cannot say enough great things about this office, I was extremely nervous to make a psych appointment and seek care for my mental health. The office reached out to me to complete paperwork before coming in and made sure I was prepared and my questions were answered. I really appreciated how kind everyone I encountered was, from the front desk, to the patient care coordinator and of course the NP, Doris. I felt like I was heard, understood and even when I couldn't quite verbalize my symptoms I never felt like I was misunderstood. I gained a ton of knowledge about different treatments and the plan for me while I was there - no issues with insurance. The staff went above and beyond. ”
