This year I went to the Dobs Ferry office and it was just as good. Dr. Ilan is great and very attentive. He really cares about his patients. Doron Ilan, MD is an Orthopedic Hand and Upper Extremity surgeon specializing in the management of injuries and disorders of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder, with a special interest in minimally invasive and arthroscopic surgery.
Dr. Ilan is an avid athlete and, after playing collegiate soccer and rugby, has become an endurance sports enthusiast. He is a three-time Ironman triathlon finisher and has also completed multiple long-distance running races, including the New York City, Boston and San Francisco Marathons. Dr. Ilan also coaches youth sports including soccer, basketball and lacrosse. He enjoys skiing and spending time outdoors with his family.

I actually never got to see the provider I booked with. I was put into the treatment room and was informed that that the doctor would be right in. After waiting and waiting I was approached by the PA,, who saw me pacing. The PA has treated me before. He did the exam on a new medical issue and his diagnosis was right on. I never saw the doctor for this issue so I can’t rate him today.

Zoc Doc was not helpful - he is my regular doc but his office was never notified if my appointment. Meanwhile I submitted all the required documents online link provided by Zoc doc on my cell message and email. It claimed MD didn’t participate in my insurance when I call office they said that is not true.

Great medical care. Office staff dropped the ball on filling a prescription, they sent it to my pharmacy in my old neighborhood even though I told them I had moved. I just needed it fixed but they seem to feel it was important to tell me that I was wrong. they told me they corrected it and they did not.

I booked this appointment through ZocDoc and it never moved from pending to confirmed. The appointment wasn’t declined either so I went in, in order to not miss an appointment that may have been scheduled. ZocDoc even had the option to add it to my calendar. Needless to say, the staff at the office was not aware of my appointment. However, they were still able to squeeze me in and even take X-Rays, even though it appeared to be a very busy time. Highly recommend Dr Ilan and his staff for their understanding, kindness and professionalism.

Everyone in this clinic is super nice. I think they double booked the time but the front desk girl figured it out and I was seen after ten minutes I finished the paperwork. Doc Ilan was nice and professional and made sure I understand what happened to my injured figure. Will recommend this clinic to anyone in need!

I waited from 11:30 till 11:50 to be checked in. I saw a P.A. at 12:50. He examined me fully and asked many questions. I asked if I would see the doctor and he said yes. I then had an x-ray. I overhear the P.A. briefing the doctor of my symptoms. I finally saw the doctor at for 5 mins at 1:30. Even if the doctor was a great doctor seeing him for 5 mins and waiting 2 hours made my experience less than pleasant.

I went to Dr Ilan with broken finger that needed surgery. Dr. Ilan is incredible, he's really compassionate, friendly and encouraging. He made the whole thing a lot better than what it could have been. Thank you Dr. Ilan

However, the staff who handle the waiting room are
nasty and very unprofessional. People who come to a doctor
should expect to be treated respectfully. This is not the case.

He was informative gave excellent details that I needed and answered the why's and what happens during and afterwards. He patiently listened and looked at my pics to get a better understanding of my wounds history. Using information to direct me to correct surgeon for my procedure. He also had given me written information to pass on to my provider or next healthcare individual. In the short time of the visit he was very professional and thorough and not rushed. This office had a lot of patients.

First visit waiting time about an hour. Doctor was nice and
I had to come again with MRI results. Next follow up visit I waited about an hour again. Couldn't wait anymore and I was told that there is one more person in front of me (that means another 30 min). I left the office without seeing the doctor. Definitely they need to do something with it.
