Dr. Buckner was excellent, took her time with me and answered all my questions. I've logged my share of hours at the beach with sun damage visible on my cheeks and a light patch on my forehead. I tend to have a lot of redness in my face, a kind of rosacea with red acne breakouts. A PhotoFacial with Dr. Buckner really changed things. I LOVE how I look!!! It made a real difference which years of creams did not.

The two good things I can say about this doctor is she was able to fix what was wrong with my skin when multiple doctors could not and she also was able to get me my medication for free. What I really didn't like about the doctor is she indirectly blamed me for the issues I was experiencing with my skin and didn't seem to believe honest things I told her and was not very friendly. The tone, looks, and reply's she responded with when I gave her answers gave me the feeling that she just didn't like me for some reason and it was the first time we met. I never experienced treatment like this form any doctor before.

Dr. Buckner seemed a bit daffy and I was wondering if I had made a mistake by scheduling an appointment with her. she explained about different kinds of moles to me and it seemed like she was reading off the pamphlet. I still had my doubts about her. I checked the wording on the pamphlet and she wasn't just reading it. Okay, so she did know something. That gave her a few points in my book. Then she pulled out a body chart to do a mole check. She looked at my entire body and wrote down where I had moles. This was good. I had gone to a dermatologist years ago who only asked me if I had any moles that I wanted them to look at. That derm didn't even look at the rest of my body! Useless I thought. So, compared to my prior experience Dr. Buckner was definitely a step up. I would go to her again.

I enjoyed meeting Dr. Buckner. Wasn't crazy with the fact that I had to wait to be called in a room for 25 minutes and then wait another 20 minutes in the room until Dr. Buckner came in. There was no apology for the wait time, just seemed business as usual! I also think the Doctor could wear a clean white coat instead of a filthy white coat! That being said, she was very thorough and respectful, seemed to have excellent knowledge!
