Dr. Krebs listened to me, asked great questions to get to the root of the issue, and made sure I understood what he was saying. Dr. Krebs is relatable, personable, and a clear expert. I am hopeful in the first time in a while that my back pain will go away (with time…and keeping up with the exercises Dr. Krebs assigned!) Also, Katherine is a gem! She explained my insurance coverage and costs upfront, and was a glowy, delightful human while doing it (picture it: talking about insurance and it’s not a pain? Who else can do that?)”

About Dr. Douglas Krebs
Dr. Douglas Krebs had a goal of providing a remarkably unique service: a clinic where patients could go for sports injuries and musculoskeletal aches and pains to obtain rapid resolution of their condition and, most importantly, learn how to treat themselves if it ever returns to reduce their need for future care.
A native of Pennsylvania, Dr. Krebs earned his Bachelor's degree from Slippery Rock University and his Doctor of Chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences. He moved to the Chicago area in 1998 and has never left. He enjoys many opportunities to speak for various athletic clubs and organizations on core strength training, spinal stabilization, self-care strategies for endurance athletes, and functional training. Dr. Krebs stays active with the CrossFit community and has completed several triathlons. He understands that athletes hate taking time away from what they love, so he strives to keep them in the game or return them as quickly as possible.
Dr. Krebs is one of a few providers who hold advanced certifications in Chiropractic Orthopedics, Chiropractic Sports Medicine, McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, and is a Primary Spine Practitioner through the University of Pittsburgh.
He resides in Chicago with his wife, Jennifer, and their Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, Henry.

First time Chiro visit. Was a bit apprehensive initially as Dr Krebs and the practice was more sports oriented and I’m just an IT nerd slumped over my desk and prone to bad posture. I found Dr Krebs to be personable, knowledgeable and great at what he does. He made me feel at ease and walked me through the adjustment process in a manner that was understandable and doable. Office staff is great, facility is top notch without being too clinical. Would highly recommend, particularly to those just getting into chiro
