About Dr. Douglas Livingston
Dr. Douglas Livingston is Board Certified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Doug is passionate podiatrist treating assorted foot conditions for patients in the North Bellmore area of Long Island in New York State. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the New York State Podiatric Medical Association, and the Nassau County Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Livingston is affiliated with several New York hospitals including Winthrop-University Hospital in Mineola and Northwell Health University in Glen Cove, Syosset and Plainview. He is currently the director of Podiatric Surgery at St. Joseph Hospital in Bethpage.
Dr. Livingston completed his bachelor's degree at the University of Arizona. He later earned his DPM at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City. Dr. Livingston then completed his residency at Catholic Medical Center Residency in New York.
Dr. Livingston says, "As a podiatrist, it is an honor to treat the people in the Long Island community in which I live and to maintain the traditions started by my father. Helping people and relieving their foot and ankle pain and discomfort provides me with satisfaction.”
