She then completed both her Master of Arts in Clinical Forensic Psychology and her Doctoral Degree (Psy.D.) in Clinical Forensic Psychology at Alliant International University in San Diego, California.
Dr. Goins has special interests in working with children, adolescents, and adults in psychotherapy, addressing a wide range of psychological disorders including depression, anxiety, self-harm/suicidal behaviors, conduct and mood disorders, bipolar disorder, borderline and antisocial personality disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and LGBTQ issues. She practices individual, family, and couples therapy.
Her experience spans various clinical and forensic settings such as Orange County Juvenile Drug Court, Los Angeles Probation Department, and South-Central Training Consortium in Los Angeles, California.
