He has covered a wide variety of sports, including football, men’s and women’s soccer, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s lacrosse, Baseball, Biathlon, Figure Skating, Bobsled and Skeleton, and track & field. Dr. Srivastav earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Jefferson Moss-Magee Rehabilitation (MossRehab) at Thomas Jefferson University. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Florida: a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Cell Science. His clinical interests center on musculoskeletal ultrasound and regenerative medicine, including ultrasound-guided injections, ultrasound-guided tenotomy, orthobiologics (such as PRP), shockwave therapy, concussion/headache management, and sports performance. He has extensive experience providing medical tent coverage for mass events such as the Penn Relays, Broad Street Run, and Philly Half-Marathon. He has served as team physician for two local high schools in the Bronx. He is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, the International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, and the Association of Academic Physiatrists.
