I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner serving adults and older adults across Maryland, both in person and via telehealth, and I'm here to help you find your way through it. My work centers on three areas where I've built deep expertise over the years: adult and geriatric psychiatry, cognitive therapy, and medication management. I take medication decisions seriously — they're never one-size-fits-all — and I bring a wealth of experience helping patients find the right balance for their lives. Many of the people I work with come to me carrying a familiar weight: a sadness they can't shake, a guilt that follows them everywhere, and a frustrating loss of joy in things that used to matter.
