I'm Dr. Tosin Sowunmi, a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of healthcare experience. I care for adolescents and adults seeking support for mental health concerns, preventive care, and chronic medical conditions.
I believe the best care starts with listening. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, mood changes, women's health concerns, or managing ongoing medical conditions, I take time to understand the whole person, not just the symptoms.
