Over the last 15 years of my career, I have progressed from CNA to Family Nurse Practitioner, earning my Master's in Family Nursing from the University of Phoenix along the way. At each step, I have always given my patients the utmost respect and care. Just retired from the military after having my primary care handled exclusively through them for 20 years. So I didn’t even know what to expect with seeing a primary care provider on the outside but it went great and that was a huge relief. Highly recommended if you’re looking to establish care or any other reason.

Went for a px, and to have my meds refilled. Truly, I just needed my medications (blood thinner, antidepressant) filled and was also prescribed a muscle relaxer for my back. Left the office, went to pharm, NO meds had been called in AND the office was now closed. Had to wait until the next day, call the office and find out what was going on. It would have been nice to be able to do that in one trip instead of having to go back out today, still in pain. I’m unclear as to why the meds weren’t called in/ e-scripted to the pharmacy right after I saw the provider, which should be standard practice.

The nurse that helped take my vitals and ran my tests was just absolutely amazing and super friendly and she was prompt and also very informative. I didn't get done what I needed yet (scheduled wrong type of doctor) however just leaving the office based on her help and lightheartedness helped me feel relief from the stress.

Nowadays it’s hard to find a doctor in itself, but finding one that you connect with and like? Almost impossible. Dr. Smith made it so easy to talk to him and tell him my concerns, he explained everything eloquently so I could understand. If I have any other medical concerns down the road, I’m definitely going to go to Dr. Smith.

In my 67 years on earth, I have never had such a great experience with a medical facility. I was seen quickly, the nursing staff were great and Dustin was the best. I hope everyone is treated as well as I was.

Friendly, responsive, understanding, and all around an excellent experience. There wasn’t a lot of small talk, but I personally prefer that; we said our polite introductions and then got down to the medicine.
If you like super chatty-Kathy types (which is fine, as everyone has a different personality!) then maybe someone else is more your speed, but if you like prompt, friendly care with no nonsense, then like me you’ll be happy as a pig in mud here.
