My approach is strengths-based and collaborative especially in defining success, goals, and your inner strengths. We will start by setting realistic goals, utilizing your strengths, and creativity to navigate challenges. I believe that everyone has the capacity to be the best individual that they choose to be. My work as a therapist is to supporting you in discovering your inner strengths; this allows you to work through you challenges and live to your highest potential. I believe that change is always occurring through conversation. Every conversation can have a purpose, that can allow is to process whatever we are going through at that time. Weather that is starting your first session, or ending your last, every conversation can have a purpose.

I am here to support you in any/all of the life challenges that are being put in front of you. No matter how small/big the issue is, I am here to support you. I can help support you find your inner strengths, and be as successful as you deserve to be.
