Before joining Nourish, I worked in inpatient and outpatient settings, most recently as an outpatient RD focusing on weight loss and chronic disease prevention and management. My approach is always one of empathy and understanding and meeting people where they are at in order to get you to where you want to be First and foremost we are going to get to know one another! This will include collecting background information about dietary patterns and lifestyle patterns, and discovering what will work best for you to become a healthier and happier version of yourself
