I was looking for a primary care for myself and my family for a long time, and seems like we found one. Doctor Gul is a great listener and she tries to understand the issue before jumping into conclusions. Great bedside manner, great suggestions.

The doctor is great but staff is clueless. Twice now I had to be inconvenienced with a billing issue that was incorrect. Staff is not helpful and when dealing with billing I was on hold over an hour. Office needs to hire experienced staff and staff that are go getters. If there is an issue staff needs to go out of their way to assist. This doesn’t happen here. On my way to their office today to rectify since nothing is accomplished on the phone or via email. I was charged a copay for our annual visits. They should know automatically after confirming our insurance that a copay is not accepted for annual exams. However, this is not the case so I am being inconvenienced. I have my own job to do but have to leave work ti handle since office staff is inept. So disappointed. I like doctors but I don’t have time to clear up others mistakes and this happened twice and we are new patients and have only been their three times so over 50 percent of our visits resulted in financial errors.

Overall great. Had to wait long for lab tests though. I think maybe I was forgotten about. Was a quick minute once getting blood drawn but waited about an hour in waiting room before that .
