About Dr. Earl Lund
Earl R. Lund, M.D., graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M and earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, where he received the Jimmie Doyle Dickens Award for Excellence in Anatomy. Following his orthopedic residency, he pursued additional specialty training in hand surgery through a fellowship at the University of Southern California/Orthopedic Hospital in Los Angeles and earned a Certificate of Added Qualification in Hand Surgery.
Dr. Lund is a member of several professional medical societies, including the American Medical Association, American Society for Surgery of the Hand, Texas Medical Association, Collin County Medical Society, and the Honorary Medical Service Fraternity.

I would not recommend scheduling appointments through this App. When I checked in the office had not record of my appointment. The doctor's office was very nice and tried to schedule me for next available. I wasted a whole day off because I used the app instead of just calling the office directly. I won't make that mistake again.

My experience with Dr. Lund was great, he is straight to the point. I had X-rays and blood work done within a matter of 5 minutes.
The entire staff is quick, friendly, and straight to the point, but they also want you to understand completely what they tell you.
I have a follow-up in 2 weeks and am excited to get some answers!

DR LUND IS A VERY GOOD DR!! My elbow hurt and I didn’t knw what was wrong with it. I was concrnd I might not heal. The whole process of using ZocDoc first to find me a physician and then booking it was easy and Dr Lunds office called me right away. I did wait two weeks to see him becuz I was a new patient but becuz I knew how good he was I waited which was well worth it! Dr Lund is knowledgeable, very upbeat, very nice, He knew exactly what I was going thru and why which he explained and I understood it all and was no longer fearful that I was not going to heal. Dr. Lund gave me a brace so that I could function while I healed and set me up for rehab for 6 wks .I see him in a month to see how I’m doing. I strt my rehab this wk and this is the strt of the Holiday Season so I nd to be able to use my arm. Dr Lund is the elbow/wrist Dr at Plano Orthopedics. If you nd a good Dr to look at your elbow or wrist please go see him! you won’t be disappointed!! Thank you Dr Lund and ZocDoc!!
