Eavan McKenzie, LMFT

Marriage and Family Therapist
2090 E 104th Ave, 302, Thornton, CO
I’m Eavan (she/her/hers), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado. I’m passionate about helping teens, individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges while deepening their connection to themselves and those around them. Trained relationally, I work from the understanding that individuals do not exist in isolation but rather we are shaped by our relationships and experiences, past and present. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through authentic connection. Whether you're navigating anxiety, identity exploration, family dynamics, low self-esteem, boundary setting, or life transitions, I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered. Together, we’ll explore patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and develop practical tools to help you move through life with greater clarity and confidence. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, with others, and with what matters most to you. When I’m not in the therapy room, I’m spending as much time outside as I can, camping in the mountains with my dog, running, or trying out new recipes. I am trained in Brainspotting and can include this somatic practice in treatment, often helpful for unprocessed difficult experiences.
