I received what seemed to be automated emails about filling out a ton of forms and how to login to my appointment. However, there was never a link provided when I logged in. I signed a bunch of forms, but she never showed up when I called. I left a voicemail And then after a while I called back and I realized my appointment was set for a time when her office is closed, she closes at 4 PM but she confirmed my 4 PM appointment via email.

Unreachable at crucial times when prescriptions need to be filled. Had to go through minor withdrawal twice because messages and phone calls were not being responded to. This is infuriating!

Unfortunately, I have to agree with many of the negative reviews. This was the coldest therapist I have ever encountered. I have had a hard time finding a stable therapist and this completely turned me off from trying to seek therapy in the future through ZocDoc. Maybe it's ZocDoc itself. It seems like a lot of these providers are in the business to just promote their own business, and don't really care about the patient. She was late for our appointment. I spent the whole time answering questions, but there wasn't much follow-up or input on her end about ANYTHING I was saying. I could have literally just filled out these questions and sent them to her. She made no attempt to make me feel comfortable, it just seemed like she was going through the motions. It was a serious waste of my time and the worst experience I have had with a therapist.

I appreciate how thorough Ebonique has been. Two visits in and she thought it wise to connect with my other providers to understand their processes (not about me specifically) to better manage my care, which impressed me. She’s a source of knowledge and I get a “no nonsense” feeling from her, which I love because I don’t like to waste time. She listened to my concerns and clearly provided feedback and alternatives that I am comfortable with as well as, accommodate and support the overall goal of health and wholeness. Check her out!

Ebonique is very personable and she is focused as well as concerned about how I am doing. She has an excellent bed-side manner and she reflects the prior appointment to ensure she has not missed anything regarding my diagnosis. I would recommend her to anyone who may need some insight regarding any concerns as it relates to their mental health.

I can’t believe this practitioner has positive reviews. I had very unpleasant experiences with her counseling. Firstly, she arrives late many times and through sessions, she shows no empathy and was clearly distracted. She was not even fully listening, sometimes typing or working on other stuffs while during my sessions. I also had cases where I can hear people talking in the background (clearly she was at home and talking to her kids, so unprofessional setting). She pauses our session in the middle from time to time. for This is terrible!

Worst experience I had. I can’t believe how unprofessional she was and suspect where the good reviews were from. she couldn’t arrive on time, she was not attentive, she was multi tasking while in our session, she was extremely cold. I couldn’t even feel being at least respected. Somehow feeling hostile from her way of speak and behave. If I don’t need to renew subscription with her, I won’t see her anymore. Later, it turned out a bad decision to keep get prescription from her, I should change a provider earlier. Please don’t go to her, that will be your worst experience…
