From there, I work collaboratively with clients to develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and coping strategies tailored to their needs. Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring progress, addressing challenges, adjusting treatment when necessary, and providing ongoing support in a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment.
