What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in providing compassionate, respectful, and evidence-based psychiatric care in a supportive, judgment-free environment. I take time to listen, understand your concerns, and work collaboratively with you to develop an individualized treatment plan that aligns with your goals. My approach emphasizes open communication, patient education, and shared decision-making. Whether you are seeking help for anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, insomnia, or other mental health concerns, my goal is to help you achieve improved mental wellness and a better quality of life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During your first appointment, we will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation by discussing your symptoms, medical and mental health history, current medications, lifestyle, and treatment goals. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, education, lifestyle recommendations, and referrals for psychotherapy or other supportive services when appropriate. Follow-up visits focus on monitoring your progress, evaluating medication effectiveness and side effects, making adjustments as needed, and supporting your long-term mental wellness. My goal is to create a collaborative, respectful partnership where you feel heard, informed, and actively involved in your care.
