Waited a very long time. He seems like a great doctor but I only saw him for 2 minutes so can't say for sure. It seems like a great place. Just the wait time turned me off.

When I first arrived I was pleased. The office looked newly renovated. Was clean and comfortable. But once I waited more then 2 hrs after apt. time it wasn't as comfortable. I had gone for a very urgent matter so I had hoped they could have seen me at minimum with in the hour but it was obvious they extremely over booked. And from asking a few employees a very regular daily practice.
I finally get seen and the first room they set me up in to do vitals looks ok except for the fact that the paper they are suppose to change before each patient was wrinkled as if it was used. Another issue I had with this place was that one of the lady's in the office not sure her title, nurse or aid (regardless didnt introduce herself, person I saw in examining room right before seeing Dr. ) and then before seeing doctor she starts assuming and saying things it may be. Last thing a person needs in the doctor office is to worry they have a worse condition then what all signs are leading up to. It was not an educated guess seemed as though she learned one or two things about me and just jumped to the conclusion. To top it off I saw the Dr. For 5 minutes after nearly 3 hrs I guess he was just doing his job to listen but gave me no insight or a quick follow up apt. To speed diagnosis process up. I set the apt with this doctor to get a referral for a dermatologist and after all that the dermatologist in that office is only in once a week, had no availability for. 5 weeks and doesn't take the same insurance.
I left with a referral for a dermatologist some where else and no answers in to what I may be allergic. I also left with a request to mk another apt with the dr and for blood work and further testing. On another day because by the time my apt came to a close everyone had gone including all the ppl in the front office for scheduling. The person cleaning was the one to let me out. My advice avoid this Dr. He was not personable, gave me know recommendations on things to relieve symptoms and i most certainly didn't appreciate the lack of interest in my personal case. I felt used, doctor seemed he saw as many patients as possible to get paid. Save yourself the aggravation, find another doctor and facility, you've been warned!

I never give poor reviews but everything about this doctor's office visit was poor. I just moved from California and this was my first doctor visit, here in the city.
I was there for over two and a half hours for the doctor to tell me he could not write a prescription for me that I have taken for two and a half years until he receives the medical records from my doctor in CA. Fine. Although I had the prescription bottle with my name on it, with me. They also could have reviewed my medical records through my insurance (which I filled out the day prior to my appointment) to see I have had this prescription filled for every month over the past two years. Still the doctor gives me some lecture about how he is scared to write the prescription. My doctor from CA sends my medical records over twice to the office the next day. I call three times to follow up with the VERY unprofessional and incompetent staff. They never did anything with the medical record to have the doctor fill out the prescription. After telling me on the phone twice that it was going to be taken care of. Someone named Nicole told me that that I should have come in today to make sure the paperwork was hand delivered to the doctor. No! That is your job. You already wasted three hours of my time when I was working the day before and I sat in the office. I have never had more problems with a prescription in my entire life. I have never been treated like this at any doctors office. It was so disrespectful to hear nurses aids say things like "yeah, I'm pregnant, but do you know how many times I had to f^*k to get there?". Normally I would just not acknowledge this, but when the staff saw me in the room and knew that I overheard this conversation. They just snickered. No apology for being unprofessional whatsoever. I am dreading having to go back there tomorrow to get a prescription that I should've had in my hands two days ago.
