About Dr. Edward Geisler
Edward Geisler, M.D., is a board-certified, skilled urologist who currently works out of New York Health’s Grand Concourse office at 1749 Grand Concourse, Bronx. Dr. Geisler earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Philadelphia University and Thomas Jefferson University. He completed his first residency at Beth Israel Medical Center and his second residency in urology at New York University Elaine A. and Kenneth G. Langone Medical Center. He served as Chief Resident of Urology at Bellevue Hospital.
In 1984, Dr. Geisler was appointed as an Attending Urologist at the VA Medical Center in Northport. He was also appointed as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Stony Brook University School of Medicine and the Albert Einstein College. In 1988, Dr. Geisler became the Director of Urology at Bronx Lebanon Hospital.

1. The appointment time has no meaning. Go as early as you can like 7:30 first come first serve. I was not told this and cab cost a lot.
2. I asked in advance about ultrasound. where I used to go they did all in office took about half an hour. I asked over phone and I quote : “we have everything here”
Turns out I have to return in two weeks for tests THEN return to discuss results. 3 visits - each one costs travel, time from work and money. If I find someone who can do it in one visit I’ll go there. I’m not sure I will go back.
