I am simple to work with. I listen and engage patients in their treatment plans while applying evidence-based practice. The mission is to provide individuals of all ages and backgrounds with quality and compassionate clinical services while empowering them to live fulfilling lives through personalized support and care. The vision is to transform behavioral health care by fostering a society where mental well-being is prioritized and every individual has access to quality, compassionate, and evidence-based support, ultimately leading to healthier and happier lives. You are not alone on this journey. I will be with you all the way. Please note, I DO NOT do therapy/counseling only. I combine medication management and some therapy in a session.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I assess, diagnose, and treat all mental health conditions and work with patients across the lifespan. I prescribe medications and also do psychotherapy. I believe in the combination of pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy to ensure a complete recovery and ongoing emotional wellness. Some of the psychotherapy treatment approaches I use include:
