“Dr. Efstathia P. Chiopelas was fantastic - knowledgeable, warm, patient, gave ample time and confidence that she cared and took my health very seriously. Her nurse was also great. He made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job with the blood draw. ***Not having anything to do with either of them, Optum's system is terrible. I believe it borders on unethical. I was unable despite numerous attempts to reach the office by calling the number provided, being passed around through an automated system and then even when speaking to three different people who were supposed to connect me, was unable to ever (on varioius days) able to speak to anyone in their office about my lab results. Similarly, while being able to use MyChart for other physicians at different hospitals and practice groups, I was unable to access MyChart for Optum and also couldn't receive technical support to have it resolved. Higlhy recommend doctor, nurse, and practice. And I believe NY State should investigate Optum ”
