What should a new client know about working with you?

I use a client-centered and strength-based approach to empower clients on their journey toward self-awareness, authenticity, and growth. I also use a range of therapeutic interventions from various therapy models such as CBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). However, these interventions are personalized to a client's unique needs and goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe my clients are the experts in their own lives and my role is to walk beside them in their journey to facilitate change. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment tailored to their needs and goals. This approach facilitates collaborative work toward achieving desired goals.
