While ZOYA is a psychiatric practice—not a therapy service—I integrate evidence-based therapeutic principles into medication management to support meaningful healing, resilience, and long-term emotional wellness. My goal is to provide compassionate, individualized care in a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan that helps reduce symptoms, restore balance, and move you beyond survival toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
