What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard and respected. I take a collaborative approach to care, working with you to understand your concerns, develop a personalized treatment plan, and help you achieve your mental health goals. Whether you're seeking help for anxiety, depression, ADHD, or another mental health condition, I believe in open communication, evidence-based care, and treatment that is tailored to your unique needs. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first appointment focuses on getting to know you. We'll discuss your symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle, and treatment goals to complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation.
