About Elana Sturm
Elana Sturm is a registered dietitian-nutritionist, a New York State certified dietitian-nutritionist and a graduate of Brooklyn College with a Master of Science in Nutrition.
Prior to joining The Dietitian Group, Elana completed her dietetic internship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, where she then began her career working as a clinical dietitian. She specializes in eating disorders, disordered eating, diabetes and pediatric nutrition and is passionate about helping others disconnect from a history of disordered eating, in order to begin a new healthy lifestyle centered around balance, moderation & body positivity.
When not counseling clients, you can find Elana whipping up something tasty in the kitchen, staying active with dance and yoga, playing guitar or piano, or traveling on a new adventure with a good book in tow.
