“I've been struggling with insomnia since January 2025 and in just 3 sessions I was sleeping like a baby. I come back to see her once a month for maintenance and to relax. I've got tight shoulders - lol - what woman doesn't - and in our monthly sessions she gives me cupping and it's like a whole reset for my neck and shoulders.”

“Before seeing Eleanor I struggled with glute pain that was keeping me from my workouts and making it hard to run after my little one. I became a mom in my 40s and all the bending down and floor time has taken it's toll on my back! Eleanor helped release my tight psoas muscle, relieved the pain in my glutes and even used ear seeds to help me with my anxiety. She provided me with an amazing referral to a pelvic floor therapist as well! Love her! ”

Eleanor and the team were so great! I really enjoyed my visit with them and will definitely be back soon!
I've been struggling with insomnia since January 2025 and in just 3 sessions I was sleeping like a baby. I come back to see her once a month for maintenance and to relax. I've got tight shoulders - lol - what woman doesn't - and in our monthly sessions she gives me cupping and it's like a whole reset for my neck and shoulders.
Before seeing Eleanor I struggled with glute pain that was keeping me from my workouts and making it hard to run after my little one. Love her!
Eleanor was recommended to me by a good friend. I was having a hard time with some perimenopause symptoms and getting my groove back after a divorce. Eleanor was able to help improve my sleep, reduce my hot flashes, help me lose 5 lbs, and we even worked on my stubborn eleven lines on my forehead to soften them. All around, she's been my secret weapon for stepping into my 40s and feeling like the best version of myself. I'm looking forward to continuing our work together!
Eleanor helped me get my PCOS symptoms in check. My whole life I was told to just lose weight and take birth control to manage the symptoms. I've never been able to take birth control due to issues with blood clots. My PCOS journey got a whole lot easier when we started working together. Within a matter of 3 months my cycles became regular, she helped me determine supplements and traditional east asian foods to add into my diet that were supportive for my other symptoms (hirsuitism/acne/mood/anxiety). Now I see her once a month for maintenance care. She took the approach of adding in supportive foods instead of telling me to get on a restrictive diet like other providers ( in the past this really triggered my eating disorder issues). She taught me supportive home-care and how to eat with the seasons too! She has a wealth of knowledge and sometimes I love stopping in for an appointment to relax and recharge too! 10/10 I'd definitely recommend trying acupuncture with Eleanor!
Eleanor is great! I see her twice a month now to help me reset, recharge, and and keep my shoulders and wrists ready to go! I'm a hairstylist and this profession has been hard on my body. Eleanor keeps me feeling good so I can do what I love!
I'm a dentist and I've dealt with neck pain on and off since I began practicing a decade ago. I've managed it in the past with stretching and massage but recently those haven't been working as well. At the suggestion of my partner, I decided to try acupuncture with Eleanor to see if this would help relieve my symptoms. Eleanor treated me with such care and was very clear about how her treatments were helping to relieve my pain and laid out a treatment plan. She's great at what she does because she was able to help me get my pain down from an 8/10 to a 3/10 within 4 treatments over the course of two weeks! We moved into a more relaxed treatment schedule (just once a week) and she gave me home care instructions to help me accelerate and maintain my results. I've been pain free for about three months now and I book maintenance appointments with her once a month to make sure the pain doesn't come back. Thanks to Eleanor I'm able to go out dancing with my partner again!
Eleanor is the epitome of a patient-first practitioner. She has a wealth of knowledge that surpasses most. She is attentive, kind and intentional on providing her patients with the most consistent, exceptional service. I’ve been seeing Eleanor for almost a year now and she has dramatically impacted my wellness journey. She has been supportive and uplifting during some difficult times. I’m truly grateful to have crossed her path as she has surpassed all expectations. I find comfort in expressing what I need during a session and collaborating with her for the best steps forward. I can’t say enough great things about her as she’s been integral in my journey this past year. If you’re able to experience her gift, you won’t regret it! Thanks for all you do, Eleanor!
I came to Eleanor for my first acupuncture session and have been seeing her every other week since. She’s knowledgeable, welcoming, and made the process easy—even though I was nervous about needles. The treatment was surprisingly painless and deeply relaxing. I now look forward to every session. It’s an essential part of my wellness routine, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for acupuncture. Thanks to Eleanor for making this such a valuable part of my care.
I like acupuncturists that get right to the point. I came to see Eleanor because my pelvic floor therapist referred me. I have had issues with hot flashes and perimenopause symptoms like brain fog and fatigue for the last year. Eleanor was able to help me get back to feeling like myself again in 6 weeks. I asked for homework to do between sessions to help speed up my results and she gave me some simple tools to use at home, some old school East Asian recipes to help balance my hormones, and even taught me how to use ear seeds to help calm my nervous system. I love our weekly sessions!
I'm so grateful for Eleanor's support and care through our queen ferlity journey. From optimizing our IVF process to providing pre- and post-embryo transfer acupuncture, She's been an incredible advocate, practitioner, and educator. Eleanor and the team create a welcoming, judgement free space... Exactly what we needed while preparing to start our family. I always leave feeling nurtured empowered, and equipped with new self - care tools(like my favorite-ear seeds for stress relief!) My weekly sessions with Eleanor are my sacred "me time" and cherish every visit. If you are looking for acompassionate skilled acupuncting I can't recommend her enough.
Eleanor is an exceptional provider who has transformed my health management approach. As someone with lifelong chronic illness, it's easy to feel disempowered. Eleanor's approach is a breath of fresh air - respecting my autonomous, acknowledging my experiences, and honoring my boundaries. Her warm demeanor and Accommodating nature instantly put me or ease during my first visit. Her transparency has built trust to the point that it's exciting when she is introducing a new method. This has lots to do with her being a natural educator, explaining each modality, and answering questions with clarity and patience. She acknowledges complexity and never make me feel like a question is too dumb. She also integrates other modalities, like cupping, moxibustion, and herbal nutrition. She has even provided tools and resources to manage my symptoms when I'm away I highly recommend Eleanor to anyone sealing a hour tic approach to health and wellness. I'm grateful for her expertisected compassion.
