Eleanor Gustke, PMHNP

Family Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
NH
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–22 experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, and other mental health conditions. I also provide evaluation and ongoing care for neurodivergent individuals, including autism spectrum disorder. Whether you're looking for answers, considering medication, or simply aren't sure where to start, my goal is to understand what is really going on and work together with patients and families on practical solutions that make a meaningful difference. With six years of experience in pediatric primary care, I take a practical, collaborative approach to treatment. I believe in talking with children and teens, not just about them, and partnering with families to create thoughtful, evidence-based treatment plans focused on the concerns that matter most in everyday life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to psychiatric care is practical, collaborative, and individualized. I believe good care starts with listening, understanding each person's unique strengths and challenges, and working together to find solutions that fit into everyday life. I take time to explain diagnoses and treatment options in a straightforward way, because families deserve to understand what is happening and why certain recommendations are being made. My goal is not simply to treat symptoms, but to help children and families better understand themselves and find strategies that work.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Every child and family is different, and there is no single approach that works for everyone. I take the time to understand what is going on, listen to your concerns, and work together to create a practical plan that fits your child's needs and your family's goals. My goal is to provide clear guidance, thoughtful treatment, and support you can actually use.
