About Elena Diperri

Elena DiPerri is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Licensed Nutritionist dedicated to helping women restore their health through personalized, evidence-based nutrition and sustainable lifestyle strategies. She takes a root-cause approach to wellness, focusing on identifying and addressing the underlying imbalances that contribute to chronic symptoms rather than simply managing them. Her passion for functional nutrition was born out of her own health journey. After experiencing severe gastrointestinal issues, hormone imbalances, and chronic fatigue, Elena understands firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate confusing health information and feel unheard within the traditional healthcare system. Through targeted nutrition, lifestyle changes, and deeper investigation into the root causes of her symptoms, she was able to rebuild her health, an experience that now fuels her mission to help other women do the same. Elena earned her Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in May 2022. In her work with clients, she integrates clinical nutrition, functional lab testing, and personalized nutrition protocols to create practical, individualized plans that support long-term healing and vitality. She believes that every person’s body is unique and that lasting health comes from understanding what works best for the individual. She specializes in working with women experiencing conditions such as PCOS, perimenopause, adrenal dysfunction, diabetes and blood sugar imbalances, and chronic gastrointestinal concerns. Elena is passionate about empowering her clients with the knowledge and tools they need to better understand their bodies, make sustainable lifestyle changes, and feel confident in their health decisions. Before becoming a nutritionist, Elena spent nearly a decade working as a professional baker after earning her undergraduate degree in Baking and Pastry Arts.
