About Dr. Elena Dirusso

I’m Dr. Elena DiRusso, an osteopathic physician with a passion for holistic, hands-on care. I graduated from Tulane University with a degree in biomedical engineering and earned my medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYIT-COM). I completed my residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, where I deepened my training in osteopathic principles and patient-centered care. There, I learned by treating many newborns, post-op, and trauma patients. I was Chief Resident in my third year. I specialize in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM), a hands-on approach to diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions. My focus is on helping patients restore balance, reduce pain, and improve function — without relying solely on medication. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or just looking for a more integrated approach to your health, I’m here to help. My pricing is $350 for initial appt, $200 for follow up, and $150 for pediatric follow up.
