“Upon arrival, you can tell that they are organized and professional. The receptionist was pleasant. She answered any questions I had and checked me in with no issues. It was packed and did take over an hour to be seen. However; I had to change my appointment several times that day so I patiently waited. Dr, Jones was attentive, responsive, and took accountability for the long wait time as she explained they booked everyone directly after each other. She listened to my concerns and had feedback right away . Overall the experience was nice and I would return if needed. ”

Born and raised in New York City, Dr. Elena L. Jones is a board certified dermatologist. She graduated from Wellesley College and Georgetown University School of Medicine. She trained in pediatrics (she is also a board certified pediatrician) at New York University Hospital/Bellevue Hospital and then, in dermatology at Albert Einstein School of Medicine. Dr. Jones has apprenticed under some of New York City's best dermatologists. She was an integral faculty member at the St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital's Skin of Color Center. Subsequently, she served as director of their Dermatology Clinics. In that position, she realized her passion for teaching Dermatology residents and for serving her community. She has been in private practice for the past 10 years, and proprietor of her own practice for the past seven years. Dr. Jones has shared her medical expertise in lectures, medical journal publications, legal case reviews, magazines, radio and television interviews.
She has co-authored chapters in medical texts and has served as Suave Skin's dermatologist for 2009. Dr. Jones is a diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology and a fellow of both The American Society for Dermatological Surgery and The American Academy of Dermatology. Dr Jones continues to be excited and encouraged about the ever- evolving field of dermatology and enjoys her daily interactions with her patients of all ages. She looks forward to serving all of her patient's skincare concerns
