What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that effective psychiatric care begins with feeling heard, understood, and respected. When we work together, I’ll take the time to understand your experiences, concerns, and goals so that we can develop a treatment plan that feels personalized to you. I view treatment as a collaborative process. Depending on your needs, we may incorporate medication management, psychotherapy, and holistic approaches. I encourage you to be an active participant in your care, and I welcome your questions, thoughts, and feedback throughout the process. Most importantly, you don’t have to have everything figured out before our first appointment. We can start wherever you are and work together toward greater emotional well-being and meaningful change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I begin by getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and learning about your goals for treatment. We’ll work together to develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, psychotherapy, and other supportive or holistic approaches. I encourage open communication and regularly assess your progress so we can adjust your treatment as your needs evolve.
