“My very last time I saw Dr Eli was 2 years ago. Today I thought of him since lately pain and stiffness ..so googled typing Dr Eli chiropractor and was able to make the appointment on line n just happened available same day ..seems easy not even have to call by phone so i decided to go. Location changed and later found he actually has his own business. Congrats! So long story short..I am over half a century old and went to many different chiropractors since ago of 27 after giving birth..lots of pains messing up spine by holding baby etc. Dr Eli so far had the best adjustments compare to others I had. Not waste time looking for one even his office is farther from home. He definitely helped in my past (he adjusted me over 5 years at my late 40s) and I am Glad to go back to him for help now again.”

About Dr. Eli Navarrete
Born in Mexico City, Mexico and raised in the community of Costa Mesa, California, I grew up in an underserved community where education was not always the priority. From a young age, I exhibited a strong desire to help others and in my community, traits that would later shape my career path. I attended Estancia High School in Costa Mesa, where I was able to excel academically. During your time at Estancia, you were known for your dedication to your studies, your involvement in music and soccer, the willingness to be a first generation college student of the family.
After graduating from Estancia, I pursued higher education at Orange Coast Community College (OCC) and then transferred to California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). There, I earned a degree in Physiology, a field that deepened my understanding of the human body and its intricate systems.
As a bilingual doctor, I have a unique ability to bridge communication gaps and connect with patients from diverse backgrounds. My fluency in both English and Spanish has allowed me to provide personalized care to a broader patient population, ensuring that language barriers do not hinder access to quality healthcare. This skill has made me a trusted and respected figure in my community, as patients appreciate my ability to listen, understand, and address their needs in a language they are comfortable with.
Today, I am a dedicated chiropractor who combines my extensive education, clinical expertise, and bilingual abilities to make a positive impact on the lives of my patients. My journey from an underserved community in Costa Mesa to becoming a healthcare professional is a testament to my hard work, determination, and passion for helping others. Whether I am treating a patient, educating them about their health, or simply offering a listening ear, I continue to embody the values of compassion and excellence that have guided me throughout my life.

Dr Eli is literally the best chiropractor I’ve had. I drive from Menifee, I used to live in OC. I tried a few places out here, but always felt like they just wanted my money. Didn’t care about my true pain. Dr Eli; listens and WANTS TO HELP. I hope he stays where he is, if he moves out of California I don’t know what I’m going to do.

Great listener! Really took time to assess and check me before doing any adjustments! After he figured the cause of my low back pain, he made adjustments to my spine and SI joints as well as release tensions and knots on my back and neck.
