“Dr Meldenson was easy to talk with because he explained everything clearly and even used prop models when necessary. He answered all questions without hesitation. Further, the staff was extremely patient-focused, both within the reception/waiting area and inside the service patient rooms. Notably, the pain that I was experiencing before the visit has been decreased by 90% in my knee and 75% in my foot because of a shoe insert that I purchased there, in addition to a non-painful, carefully-placed cortisone injection by Dr. Mendelson. ”

About Dr. Elie Mendelson
Dr. Elie Mendelson was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After high school and study abroad in Israel, he earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Touro College in Queens, New York. Following a brief marketing career on Long Island, he returned to college to pursue his love of medicine. After earning post-baccalaureate credits required to attend the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, he earned a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine.
Subsequently, Dr. Mendelson completed a three-year podiatric medical and surgical residency training program at Northwest Medical Center in Margate, Florida, with an added reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery component.
Currently, Dr. Mendelson is tri-board certified in wound care, foot surgery, and podiatric medicine. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Wound Management with years of extensive wound care experience. In addition, he is a diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
On staff at West Boca Medical Center, Dr. Mendelson currently lives in Boca Raton with his wife and three children.
