Elisa Itkowitz is a Registered Dietitian on a mission to change the world, one healthy meal at a time! With a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University and a Master's in Applied Nutrition from Northeastern University, she brings a strong educational foundation to her work. Elisa has been helping people of all ages and backgrounds tackle various health issues for years by optimizing diets tailored to their needs. Elisa taught me about grains and how much I should be eating and what types. She teaches me in a way I understand and doesn't give me too much so that it's overwhelming. She also helped me reconfigure the weekend meals that are my go to's. I always feel hopeful after I meet with her. I'm so lucky I found her!!
