What should a new client know about working with you?

We currently are not accepting commercial insurances. This clinic is operating on a self-pay schedule. New Patient Appointments: $250.00 for 60-90 minute evaluation and care plan Established Patient Encounters: $180.00 - 60 minute $90.00 - 30 minute medication refill Crisis Stabilization/Urgent Same Day or Off Hours Appointments $350.00/Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To provide consistent care to all patients, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee. This policy applies to all appointment types, including initial evaluations and follow-up visits. Urgent or same-day appointments and after-hours sessions are reserved at a premium and are non-refundable if canceled. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. As a courtesy, one late cancellation fee may be waived per calendar year at the clinician’s discretion. A valid credit card is required to be kept on file and will be used for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
