I integrate medication management with brief psychotherapy when appropriate, along with education and lifestyle interventions to support lasting and sustainable wellness. I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), further strengthening my commitment to advanced clinical expertise and the highest standards of care. I have a special interest in treating ADHD, anxiety, and depression, while also providing comprehensive care for other mental health conditions. The initial intake appointment is a comprehensive clinical evaluation and an opportunity for us to determine whether we are a good fit moving forward, ensuring your needs align with the services I provide. I believe it is essential to honor each individual’s faith, culture, and personal experiences when addressing mental health needs, and I strive to create a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment for every patient. Outside of my professional time, I enjoy traveling abroad to visit family, reading, being outdoors, cooking, and spending time with my family.
