If you are ready to find the root cause of your symptoms, I am here to help you! Functional medicine is my passion. I discovered functional medicine after experiencing new onset chronic migraines. Conventional doctors weren't able to help me-their medications often caused new symptoms without addressing the underlying cause. About a month after working with a functional practitioner, I identified my root cause and was living migraine-free! I immediately recognized the power of this approach and began my certification with the Institute of Functional Medicine. I hold a Master's in Nursing from Widener University, which complements my functional medicine training and enhances my ability to provide comprehensive care. I offer a variety of functional testing through RUPA Health and other providers. I also collaborate with a functional nutritionist, functional physical trainer, and life coach when patients need or want additional support. Fertility, hormones, and chronic Lyme disease are areas I particularly enjoy working with, but I also take pride in helping those with autoimmune disorders, gut health issues, obesity, diabetes, and more.
